CTS Potentiometer 250K USA CTS A250
A 250K resistance value USA made audio taper potentiometer, with standard diameter bushings of 9.5mm and an overall shaft height of 22mm, thread height 9.5mm. As used on many Fender guitars.
Split shaft, short bushings. If the knob is secured by a set or grub screw you should order a solid shaft pot, or align the set screw with the split for correct mounting.
Typically a pot with a value of 250K would be used with single coil pickups. The higher the resistance value then the brighter the sound will be, highs will tend to bleed off.
