Wound with vintage spec plain enamel PVA coated wire provides a slightly higher DC resistance than original PRE-CBS Stratocasters. The bridge pickup is slightly overwound for overall balance. Pure vintage Strat chiming tones, but with a bit of growl when using gain.

Oil City Route 66 Pickups Stratocaster Masterwound Set
All Masterwound pickups are sold as a set. Route 66 provides and step back to the classic later 60's tones, but with a slightly higher resiatnce that Pre-CBS models. All work is done in-house, handmade and finished flatwork, bevelled magnets, and period cloth covered hook up wiring.
As the song goes, you will get your kicks if you fit these in your favourite Strat.
Options for RWRP (Reverse Wound Reverse Pole) on the middle pickup. No extra charge.
